You will drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, a journey of about five to six hours. The road follows the Marsyangdi River and passes through several villages and terraced fields. This drive brings you closer to the Himalayas and marks the true beginning of your mountain adventure.
Today you continue your journey by shared jeep from Besisahar to Chame. The drive takes around five to six hours and moves higher into the mountains. Chame is a small town known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful mountain views, and it will be your first overnight stop in the highlands.
